Subject: Complain against an Employee for unfair behavior

I am writing this letter to invite your attention towards a serious matter of concern that has hurt my self-esteem.

I was hired as a contractual secuirty guard at the Odeon Building and my responsibilities include maintaing general security check and looking after the parking area. I have been working in the company since March 2009, and during this time period, no one has pointed me of bad behaviour.
