Leadership style influence level of motivation. The most appropriate leadership style which I think is Democratic leadership style that includes participation. Listening to the team's ideas and studying them make me to understand the problem they are facing within the organization; ultimately increasing an employee's satisfaction and makes them feel that their contribution was considered. It is my observation that to overcome dissatisfied employees, a proper program should be planned or meeting should arranged where the whole team or department is present and discussion on the particular topic or the team ideas (Kinicki & Kreitner, 2009).
