The bargaining power of customers: Customers would initially hesitate to the idea of a mirror TV.

The threat of potential entrants; since, the concept of mirror TV is new, there is always a threat of potential entrants if the concept becomes a success in the market.

The bargaining power of suppliers: the supplier may influence their power in the distribution of the product.

The threat of substitute products: the substitute products are the conventional TV and the LED ones.

The intensity of intra-industry competition: Rivals may adopt the idea or may come up with a better one.

The Economic Environment

Macroeconomic variables affect the purchasing power and spending patterns of consumers. It all depends on real income, prices, the savings and credit that exist in society. Economic variables to consider in this environment are: the GDP. National income, productivity, wages , investment, domestic and foreign general level of prices, exports and imports , the public debt , services and external public debt, demand and money supply, the rate interest, taxes etc (McKenna, 1991).

The Socio cultural environment

Environment variables that influence the structure and the dynamics of individuals and groups and their main problems. Influence the values ??basic perceptions and behavior preferences of society. The variables in this environment are: customs, habits, fashion, values, social institutions and their activities, levels of life and all the relationships of people with themselves, with others, with institutions, with society and nature (Webster, 1994, pp. 30).

Legal Political Environment

The political system is a broad aspect which covers the rules and institutions through which rules a nation. These forces have more influence on marketing activities of a company in any other area of their operations or management. The political environment is composed of laws , regulations, rules, regulations, standards, government agencies or groups and pressure groups that influence and several individuals of a certain society and that the limit on ethical and legal development (Van, 2000, pp. 366).

Technological Environment

This environment is most important for shaping the future. Technology impacts the lifestyle of the modern person, their habits of consumption and economic welfare. Marketing influences because they give rise to entire new industries because it changes radically or companies or virtually destroy existing industries and to boost the markets and industries not related to new technologies (Parry, 2002, pp. 12). The main variables that make up this environment are: science, the innovation, the computer, the solar energy, Robotics, the mathematics, the biotechnology , etc.

Loyalty to the product is vital to a product, as it motivates consumers in buying the product. Attitudes of consumers, although hard to mold, but once the attitude is molded towards the product, it attracts consumers.

Demographic

The segment is divided upon age, sex, family size and other variables Income segment also comes into context, as one cannot target every income groups. Only those people who can afford the Mirror TV can buy the product.
