The researchers used the learning methods of picture learning and word learning. The researchers concluded that word learning has better outcomes than picture learning. The researchers attempted to elaborate on the outcomes of the study and the implications of the research process. The researchers made use of retrieval times and recall scores as dependent variables in order to conduct the research effectively. Italian and Dutch learners were used during the study.
