In Module I learned that the Knowledge management can be characterized as "the harnessing of a company's collective know-how while it resides and the circulation of that know-how to the right persons at the right time.”  It is the method of accumulating, organizing, and distributing of employees' information capital. From a enterprise strategic viewpoint, knowledge management is about exploiting what a business understands before competitors do, and benefiting by conceiving trials and possibilities other ones haven't even considered about.
