Background
Nowadays the number of children involved in heinous crime. This research focus on the aspect whether the juveniles should be treated as adult criminals or not. This research will focus on whether children should be treated as adult and the factors which should be considered while imposing sanctions on children. A child mind is innocent and not well developed. If the children live in adult jails, it would affect the development of the child. Spending even days or months affect the child mind in the long term. The researcher will focus on the pros and cons associated with treating juveniles as adult criminals.

This research is of huge importance. This research will fill out the gaps in the existing literature and contribute to the existing studies.
Method
Secondary research has been used as research technique for this research. The internet publications, studies on similar subjects and article have all been considered for this research. This research began with existing literature detailed analysis. The final conclusions were drawn from the analysis of secondary data available on the internet and other secondary sources. Since this research is based on a broad subject, secondary research methodology is the best methodology available which can be used for such research subject.
