Job Specific Orientation
The department will select a HR representative to introduce and welcome the employees to the company. The orientation will include a brief introduction of the employees, introduction of the company, values, mission, goals, and the overall infrastructure of the organization. The initiation will assimilate the employees into team members and active contributors. As the orientation ends, the employees will be given a handbook explaining everything discussed, the offer letter with the details of the job, and a complimentary pen of the organization.
