How would you describe the conflict between Michael Eisner and the Weinstein brothers, two board members (Disney and Gold), and Steve Jobs? Was it functional or dysfunctional?

 The definition of functional conflict is the confrontation between different groups. These interactions tend to facilitate the performances of the organization, whereas the definition of dysfunctional conflict is the interaction within the groups which ultimate result negatively for the whole organization. Personally, I think this relationship was dysfunctional conflict, with a certain amount of functional associated with it.
