The teacher that has inspired me the most was my sixth, seventh, and eighth grade language arts teacher, Ms. Lisa Garrison. Ms. Garrison has a kind, happy, and bubbly type of personality. She treated everyone with kindness and respect; she was a peacekeeper, and she was an environmentalist. Ms. Garrison was always open to new ideas, she was never afraid to speak her mind, and she always lent a listening ear when you needed to talk to her. One reason why Ms. Garrison has inspired me so much is because she can relate to anyone who has had a problem and she gives very good advice. Another reason why Ms. Garrison has inspired me so much is because she believed in her students and gave them support. Ms. Garrison (she wanted her students to call her that) stood behind any idea that her students had, (even if they were dumb ideas) and she supported anything that her students were trying to do.
Teachers vary from one to another; there are those who are overwhelmed and, thus, have no control over the class. Others, however, do adopt a good classroom management policy. Ms. Lisa Garrison. was a teacher who knew how to deal with students, what kind of actions to take in case discipline should be violated, as well as how to address students' needs without losing their respect. It was highly necessary for her that discipline pervades among students, for absence of it will definitely hinder the process of learning. Surely enough, however, she did not advocate extreme toughness and strictness in dealing with students as the class could have turned out to be an unbearable hell for almost all students, alienating them, thus, from the study. Ms. Lisa Garrison believed that a teacher should strike a balance between such seemingly running-against-one-another classroom management policies.
Many people, including myself, are fascinated by her immaculate sense of fashion and her posh living style which hastens our minds to think more like him. Even though he may be wealthy, Mr. Banatwalla is a very kind person who lives by her principles. Ms. Garrison is highly respected teacher even today because of her knowledge about teaching and her tangible sense of speech. She is capable of making people laugh with her sense of humor during her class. She makes everything sound so blatant that sometimes you feel like laughing at yourself. Once, she was taking he class and she moved students and created a laceration in their hearts by informing them about how painful is it for someone to take disrespect she explained how children, the future of the nation, get involved in tawdriness such as crime, drugs, robbery, smuggling, or prostitution. She said that my family and I could see women crying after hearing some of these facts. Ther speech must have saved many families. In addition, Mr. Banatwalla is an honest, loyal, and dedicated candidate of her political party. He is a person with a "heart of gold" and is ...
