Introduction

There is a common norm of this world that most of its inhabitants do not tend to function and work on their own; rather they need a constant ray of hope and guidance. They seek the solutions and remedies of their problems and troubles, in the guidance and aptitude of their guider. That guider and mentor is revered as the leader by his followers and the world. A leader is that distinctive and influential figure who not only has the command over his followers, but he has this charisma and charm of inspiring and guiding others. A leader is that notable person who has the capability of successfully leading his followers, and has the fortitude of confronting the dire situations and emerging as a triumphant along with his adherents.

A leader in this world emerges in numerous forms. A leader can be at the national level, guiding its inhabitants towards the prosperous and developed living; or guiding his followers out of dark state of affairs, and providing them with the proper guidance and direction of the fortunate circumstances, and consolidating the position and situation of his nation and followers so that they may never travel back on that dark route again.

A leader can be on the organizational level that not only provides his employees or followers with the goals and objectives to be achieved but also provides them with the strategies and appropriate resources of accomplishing those objectives.

A leader always leads by example. A figure cannot be influential enough if it is not revered as the being who himself has undergone the same circumstances as his followers and emerged out as the veteran. The leader and his followers share the common goals and objectives, and it's the leader's job to analyze the situation, assess the changed dynamics affairs and guide accordingly.

Innovative Management/Leadership Style and Processes

As the world has been progressing over the years, so have been the policies and procedure of the corporate world. Gone are those days when the conventional methods would be adopted and successfully implemented by everyone to attain the desired objectives and goals. As the trade and the business of the world have taken the toll, the governance strategies have equally and substantially changed. According to numerous researchers, globalization has played a pivotal role in the change of course of carrying out the conventional business practices. As the business practices have changed, so have the processes of managing it, and guidance of the workforce, accordingly (Nadler &Tushman, 1997).

The new demands and requirements have compelled the managers and the leaders to change and alter their customary management and leadership style, and implement innovation and diversity to their guidance, which will not only motivate the workforce, but will enable the leaders to cater to the new and challenging demands of the modern corporate world.
