Introduction

It is the science and art devoted to the recognition, evaluation and control of those environmental risk factors or stresses caused by or in connection with the work and can cause illness, affect the health and welfare, or create any significant discomfort among workers or citizens of the community. Everyone knows that for many times man has tended to preserve their physical and mental, in this process, a man may have tested and observed some health and safety techniques in order to feel surer to be besieged by unsafe conditions which could be subject to whatever the play work. It had to be creating advanced techniques that make the work much safer and so was creating a kind of awareness of health and safety, which became stronger in the colony and was consolidated with the appearance of laws regulating procedures job. The objective of this research is to study and publicize all related to the development of industrial hygiene and accident prevention (lkind, 2001).

Discussion

Hygiene is defined as "the branch of medicine that concerns the preservation of health and the means of guarding against disease," and consequently, to implement the occupational hygiene should be observed, and also establish, monitor conditions involving and helping to preserve and maintain a working environment healthy enough, and thus prevent the most disease. Industrial hygiene is a system of principles and rules dedicated to the recognition, evaluation and control of environmental factors, psychological tension of risk from the work and can cause diseases or deteriorate health. When it comes to industrial hygiene, these activities are undertaken on those environmental risk factors or stresses caused by or in connection with work and sometimes even pictures can cause epidemic or endemic (Harris and Patty, 2000).

The Occupational Disease is defined as a pathological condition that occurs as a cause repeated for a long time, as necessary consequence of the kind of work in which the person or the environment where it has to work and that the body produces an injury or disturbance functional or mental disorders or biochemical enzyme, permanent or temporary and can be caused by chemical, physical, biological, or psychological power. There is a close relationship between the terms health and safety, because both are represented by a set of principles, laws, criteria and standards developed in order to prevent actions that may cause harm to workers.

Cleaning Work Area
