Excellence is based on individual performance. When an individual has accomplished a goal and experienced success, that person has reached excellence. In human services excellence is more than a purpose. It comes with many functions to make an organization effective and successful. A human service worker must not only be capable to plan, design, develop human resources, budget, supervise, and evaluate; he/she must be able to direct the social, cultural and political extent of the position. It also consists of being knowledgeable to the beliefs, values, customs, client system and traditions of the organization and its surroundings.

With the intention of becoming a successful human service provider and a quality family member I have to become a better person. To accomplish and continue quality I have to assess potencies and requirements and classify regions for development as well as alteration. Achievement is connected to and interlinked amid the achievements of other people I interact with. The results of activities on my part will straightforwardly influence other individual's lives. In consideration of all just now stated this paper will devise a context for attaining and sustaining personal and professional superiority in life and assess skills I own or should have to further develop. The dynamic influencers, or desires, present in my life are program planning and educational planning; these are helping me to map my career goals. Further is my desire to be a better Father and Husband, by being a positive role model, in my family and community. The accessibility of ample information systems and sufficient direction from mentors, colleagues, and family support me in achieving ambitions. The aspiration to boast superior sovereignty inside directing and crafting private and practiced backgrounds keeps my heart and soul focused and yearning. I work towards further promotion within my present career, which can then aid me in greater roles inside the human services field.

Preventive Influencers

Restricted financial resources supply hindrance to reaching goals and necessitate inventive organization methods. My direction depends on my commitment and attentiveness; this is tested by further responsibilities.
