The OSHA also called federal Occupational Safety and Health Act, expects from the employers to provide and ensure a safe working condition for their workers which is very important in any organization. There are lots of states which have their own law of office conditions. In order to follow the law of OSHA, it's very vital for the employers to initially learn about their responsibilities that are registered through this federal law. All the material written above is relevant with the book “Occupational safety and health for technologist, engineers, and managers”. (Anderson, 1979)

The following of OSHA's rules is necessary for all the employees working in the organization regardless of the title of worker, classification and status. Managers, stockholders, partners, supervisors, officers and their family members are all covered by this law. However, the autonomous contractors and the members of family of a farm operator are not covered under this law. There is huge amount of differences between the local, State and Federal laws in USA. There are various laws in which the same subjects are covered, but its application takes place to different employers or even contains different viewpoints. Local laws could be more tedious than State laws but they never interfere with state or Federal laws. Similarly, state laws can be more tedious than federal laws, but they even do not interfere with federal laws. Laws can be passed by Congress, however the US and state court systems Congress can pass laws, but the U.S. and state court systems understand them and not follow the same guideline which the Congress does. Same is the case with state and local level, as the laws are passed by the legislative body and it is then understood by the judicial body. Although on the agency level, it has different branches: legislative and judicial or in small agencies because it would contain the same people fulfilling both functions, but with a diverse set of administrative rules that are appropriate and it also depends on which function they are fulfilling. Regulatory actions are required to be reviewed by the courts, though the courts provide the Regulatory agencies significant caution in interpreting their own rules. The capacity of a Regulator agency's authority is restricted by the legislation that recognized it or its authority can be revoked by the legislative body that established it. (Colberg, 1963)
