CHAPTER 4: ANALYSIS
Researcher planned the questionnaire into three parts. In part one: the first 5 questions were general ones about age, gender, positions in the organization and their working area. In part two(from question 6 to 12), researcher asked the respondent about their position in their organization, no of employees, their working experiences, international experience(if any) and kinds of problems they face during their international working period. In part three(from question 13 to 32), researcher has been asked different questions about HRM activities like importance of activities, training needs, training and development methods and evaluation of the training and development. Questionnaire was send to different respondents and numbers of responses were 42.

The above graph shows the age group of the questionnaire respondents. About forty five percent of the respondents belonged to the age group of 31-40 years. About 26 percent of the respondents belonged to the age group of 25-40 years, about nineteen percent belonged to above forty while only ten percent belonged to the age group of 18-25 years.

The above table shows the statistical test analysis for the table. The results shows that the mean age of the respondents was 31 to 40 years old and there was not much difference between their responses.

The above graph shows the gender distribution of the questionnaire respondents. About sixty nine percent of the respondents were male and about thirty one percent of the respondents were female.

The above graph shows the type of department in which the questionnaire respondents worked. The respondents belonged to different departments like sales, manufacturing, purchase, IT and other. The majority of the respondents i.e. 18 out 42 worked in the sales department. About 15 out of 42 worked in manufacturing department, about 4 out of 42 worked in administration and about 5 worked in IT and other department.

The above table shows the different statistical tests performed on the variable department. The results show that majority of the employees belonged to the department of sales and manufacturing. The results of other statistical test like mean, mode, median standard deviation and variance are also shown in the above table.

The above graph shows the designation of the questionnaire respondents in their organizations. The respondents had different positions in their companies which included Sales Assistant Supervisor, Store Manager, Professional/Administrative and Technical/Clerical. About forty percent of the respondents were at supervisor level, about 28 percent respondents were at sales assistant level, about 26 percent respondents were store managers and only 4 percent were professionals.
