Dissatisfaction, Disciplining and Dismissal Impact On, Employees in the Workplace

Discontent in the workplace occurs when a person wants to meet different levels of needs. If one is familiar with the Maslow hierarchy of needs, that perosn can implement this scheme. When a person were a fresh graduate the only thing that he think that finding a job, receive compensation and pay for their own accounts. As the mature, it may realize that this is not everything. It feel that person belong to the organization. It is important that a person establish good relationships with their fellow office. (Milgram , 197)

A complaint can be defined as any feeling of dissatisfaction with the employee in connection with any aspect of their work status, or any causes of dissatisfaction with which the employee or group of employees, work-related situations. (Milgram , 197) When considering complaints of workers, it is important to recognize that employees may be resentment that such complaints may be made, and should not be construed as a negative control, or putting in a bad light. If the administration should consider a complaint as negative phenomenon employees will not have the confidence to express their displeasure, and even if workers express their displeasure, they would not trust to actually try to solve their problems.

If an employee is not satisfied with his work for genuine or factual reasons like a breach of contract or any other reasons that are clearly associated with the management or any deviation in the implementation of policies in the organization, he was reportedly a factual grievance. Thus, the actual complaints arise when the legitimate needs are not met. (Hepple , 1992)
