Trust is the foundation of the affiliation and strong relationship specifically when the relations are romantic in nature. It's undemanding to make relations but it is very hard to maintain the built relations. The building of the relations depends upon single factor of trust. Real, lasting relationships are built only on trust. Trust is vital because it crafts a secure environment for understanding to develop. If the relationship is going to work the one partner needs to be capable of accepting and trusting other partner's past, present and future. Although to build the trust it takes time and efforts but it is easily broken and then becomes hard to restore but if one is willing to work at it, the reward is in the shape of lasting romantic relationship one always dream of. There are surely some levels of trust that are built in phases and are present in the chain of the romantic relationship. These levels are associative in nature and help each other to develop further. Different explanations and thoughts are found regarding the trust. Some consider that trust for some one is established as it's their option to do it, while others think it has to be sought through own efforts, so if some one has to be trusted the same is to be proved that one deserves to be trusted. Whatever the case maybe but the ability to trust may be affected by rearing and previous experiences as well.
