AMR

It stands for Automatic Medical Report. It is the auditing of databases of medical data from hospitals and other medical facilities throughout the United States, Europe and Asia (Goldfarb2007). Output data is available to users in the PDF-files, set up tables and / or electronic interactive search engine that allow each user to customize their own image data.

CMR

It stands for computerized medical records (Guyton Hall 2000).One look at your records and Doc will know you have already provided the medicine. Other risks include an invasion of privacy, if any doctor can master your record for its own needs, then it is wrong.CMS

It stands for Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services organization, which ensures the relevance and effectiveness of medical insurance, and contributes to the modernization of health care management for Medicare and Medicaid(Guyton Hall 2006).

CMS1500

CMS-1500 form of the standard claim form used by non-institutional provider or supplier to Bill Medicare carriers, and durable medical equipment regional carriers (DMERCs), where the supplier has the right to refuse to simplify administrative procedures comply with the law (ASCA) requirement for electronic filing of claims(Jablonski2001). It is also used for billing some Medicaid state agencies.

CPT-4

It stands for Current Procedural Terminology, fourth edition. it is the name of current procedural terminology summary of nomenclature used to report medical procedures and services performed by physicians(O'Leary2004). There are three categories of CPT codes. These codes are intended for use to collect data to justify widespread use, or to the FDA approval process.

DRG

It stands for Diagnosis-related group.
