Introduction
Today it is well known that the breast Milk - the best food for babies. For it is written on all packages of baby Food, there are reports colourful posters in clinics and magazines for young parents. Most moms dream to bring up their baby-feeding and making great efforts to maintain breastfeeding. Only in human milk - and nowhere else - contains substances for growth and maturation of the brain and nervous system of a human baby. Only human milk helps the formation of functional systems which was born at the baby (Carter, 2005, 14). Only human milk protects the crumbs from many diseases and is the guarantor for a strong immune system in the future. In this paper we are going to discuss importance of breastfeeding and its advantages to babies. In addition we are going to discuss health care plan for babies and evaluation strategy so that babies could grow and develop effectively for the future.
Nutrition is regarded as an important health need in babies because it helps them in growing and develop faster in the future. Milk is one of the major sources of providing nutrition for babies and especially when its milk of mother, that is why it is said that in order for a baby to grow and healthily develop for future he/ she must be provided mothers' milk. The latest research says that breast milk is, in every moment, the best food and drink for babies and is the only thing the baby needs.
Breast milk provides nutrients high the baby as easily absorbed and used effectiveness. Milk also contains all the water the baby needs. It does not require any other liquid. Breast milk is a fluid changing, which is adapted to the needs of the baby (Apple, 2007, 10). The composition of the milk depends on the age gestation (early milk is different from the term milk), stage of lactation (colostrums is different from transition milk or mature that keeps changing with time) and time a feed (foremilk differs from milk end, which has a higher concentration of lipids). Colostrums have special qualities and are very important to the infant by its effect on the development, digestion and the immunity.

Composition is ideal for babies and adapts by varying the proportion of nutrients, as the child grows so does the proportion of nutrients during the day and is different from the beginning and end of the shot.

It promotes intellectual development and vision and that breast milk is rich in the long chain fatty acids called LC-PUFA is a major component of the membrane that encases neurons and retina.
