Hate crimes Analysis
Introduction
We can define a hate crime as an incident, when an individual assaults other person and selects a victim grounded on his rank in a peculiar group in the social community, in accordance with their race, age, gender, identity, ethnicity, religion, political affiliation, nationality, disability, or sexual orientation. Hate crime is a special legal qualification of a special kind of violent crime committed by criminals under the influence of hatred for those different race, nationality, religion, ethnic origin, political belief, sex, or sexual orientation (Richardson 1999, pp. 36).
This legal qualification exists in some U.S. states, some states in Western, and Central Europe. Increased penalties may result in a larger term of imprisonment, in the appointment of a life sentence.
In USA, there is hatred among a number of people against Mexicans, known as “Anti-Mexican Sentiment.” In this report, we will discuss the concept of hate crime against Mexicans in USA, specific incidents of hate crime in USA, and restorative justice application in such cases.
Discussion

This is one case that has not gone unpunished. NY authorities arrested three juveniles identified as Rolston Hobson, Tyrone Goodman, and William Marcano (apparently Puerto Rican).
