Introduction
Globalization is a phenomenon that is not recent, during the time of Adam Smith, the construction of sustainable capitalism based on the expression of commercialism on the grounds of an intense exchange of goods, complementarily of nations, identifying the benefits competitive and the intensification of international trade. Here, are process of change and sustainable development. In the creation of new ties in social settings subject to the requirements of a growing capitalist set up communications in different ways, people requiring adaptation and adaptation to new means of transport, communication, consumption and new living conditions and organizational management (Abbott 2000, 401).
The twentieth century entered the process of globalization or, as some authors call the second globalization, responds to the post-war era that followed the First World War, which resulted among other things; in addition to increased trade and, relations between the nations, the intensive use of new technologies such as the automobile, telephone, advanced machinery, internal combustion engine. This process intensified after the Second World War when we found that the levels of industrialization beyond expectation, and the hand of the reconstruction processes of winners and losers, we generated new civilizations that were established paradigms in political, economic and exacerbated social modernity, based on a distributed polycentrism United States, Japan and Europe in the consolidation process at the time (Faulconbridge 2008, 497).
By the late twentieth century with the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989, the globalization movement whose spirit consolidated third stage includes several concepts that become among categories such as postmodernism, post-capitalism, or post-industrial era. Ma s that any category that assumes the subject, and set movement represents a new situation in which the post is used because it does not know what are the variables that shape in the coming years (Jayasuriya 2001, 442). The globalization process indicators have been marked by a series of devices that are specified as

Challenge to justice
Social justice refers to rights and duties of society. It is turning the justice into social cooperation. The need for justice, calls for the requirement of social justice development. There are a few international organizations which aim to develop to serve the international community with justice and order. International norms are replaced with national norms; inequality is omnipresent; global governance is incomplete; are a few problems with the present day global village. National legal systems replacing with international law have called for the adaptation for local circumstances. National borders need recognition of autonomous legal systems. New international institutions are spreading around the world which abide by the national norms and laws but are working on their objective criteria. European Union has demonstrated unity of various bodies of law by legal integration process (Friedman 1994, 117).
