Introduction

Global Leadership is referred to a vast concept in which an individual have to lead a group of people from different regions of the world to unite them and work together for the benefit of the organization. The Global leader aims to enhance human interaction for improving and developing strategic plans for international business designs and development. Being a global leader, I have been assigned to lead a team that is formed to develop an innovative way to package a new product. The goal of this team is to develop an inexpensive way of packaging being within the ethical, social and environmental boundaries. I have members from different regions of the world to accomplish the goal of this team. This paper will be including the most significant challenges that I might experience in leading this diversified team. The paper will also include the plan that will be developed and followed by me to mitigate the challenges that would occur in the path of leading my diversified team successfully.

Obstacles in Leading a Multicultural and Geographically Dispersed Team Successfully

Leading a multicultural and geographically dispersed team is not a simple task. It is very obvious that a leader has to face vari0ous challenges in leading a global team successfully. In the same way, I will probably be facing some challenges in leading the culturally and geographically dispersed team, so the most significant challenges that would be faced are discussed as follows.
