Thesis Statement

We believe that education is the foundation of all social systems, and which have been dedicated, it is said, the best efforts and personnel. The new information technology and communications provide new education tools for opening a heated debate in the very heart of the educational structures, leading to talk of a global education as it is the field where methods and content of teaching in which are essential to introduce topics such as human rights education, anti-racism, democracy, peace, nonviolence, and respect for the environment and intercultural education change (Altbach, 2009). 

Purpose and significance of the Study

There is the discovery that has revolutionized the economy of mass production, that information is not something permanent in man but an object external to it, observable, measurable manageable, transportable, storable, and interpretable outside the human brain. We anticipate that global education is twofold:

- The acquisition of knowledge and skills (Distance Education)

- Acquisition of values, motivations and reasoning (Education direct).

We must make an important distinction between education and schooling and will have to challenge and review the process of compulsory schooling as currently structured and that includes segregation of children by age, educational level, and forced adaptation to the educational environment and this without leaving the principle of equal access to education process (Altbach & Philip, 2009). Only in a physical and spiritual free, without obligation, or constriction, the student will have access to the experience and knowledge, rationale and purpose of education.
