ABSTRACT
Motivated employees play the important task in association accomplishment, and precedent study points to a hopeful association between acuity of empowerment and motivation. A well-known form put forward by Spreitzer suggests that two foremost workings of command schemes will absolutely sway employee sentiments of empowerment- presentation response and performance-based reward systems. Also, we use the comparatively straightforward context to analyze if computed outcomes validated on reviews of managers furthermore contain for lower-level workers. Our outcomes suggest that response and rewards sway scope of empowerment in the distinct way for lower-level employees in Zenith Bank than they manage for managers.
