Abstract
In this study the difference between motivation and manipulation has been emphasized. The main focus of the research is on motivation and its difference with the manipulation which has been illustrated with the help of different theories and concepts of motivation given by several different writers in their papers, journals, books, and publications. The research analyzes many aspects of motivation to differentiate it with manipulation. Finally the research describes various factors which are responsible for motivation in an organization and tries to describe the overall effect of motivation.Table of Contents

Introduction
Nowadays, the leadership field does not focus just on the leader, but on culture, work setting/context peers, supervisors, and followers as well, as well as much wider range of individuals who represent the whole diverse spectrum, not-for-profit organizations, private, public, and and ever more over the last twenty years, samples of people from population around the world. Leadership is no more just explained as an characteristic of individual or dissimilarity, but somewhat is described in a variety of models as global, dyadic, relational, shared, strategic, and a difficult dynamic of society&.
Importance of motivation cannot be denied for the success, but very few organizations seem to be successful at developing the potential of their work-force and using human assets as part of their strategy. One of the main ambitions of operating a business is to earn profit and to earn profit the most crucial factor is of performance of employees. In order to conduct the business successfully it is imperative that all the employees of the organization perform at their best. There are certain factors that can escalate performance of employees. One of these factors is motivation. Factor of motivation is indispensable for the performance of employees.
Motivation
Motivation is the process by which an individual's efforts are energized, directed and sustained towards achieving a particular goal. The process of motivating the employees tends to begin with the mere recognition that in order to perform at their optimum level, employees must be provided with an environment that best meets their basic emotional needs and the drives to not only acquire but also bond, comprehend, and defend.
Motivating employees begins with recognizing that to do their best work, people must be in an environment that meets their basic emotional drives to acquire, bond, comprehend, and defend. Thus, work motivation can be further elaborated as a framework of energetic forces that not only originates within us but also beyond our own individual's being hence commencing work-related behavior and establishing its particular form, direction, intensity, and duration. Thus, motivation is therefore a psychological process that results from the interaction between an individual and the environment in which he or she works.
