Financial disposition at the time you found the wallet

Introduction

Monday, April 16, 2012 I found a wallet at Cleveland circle on your way back from the Boston marathon. In that wallet there are the following items.

3,120.00 in cash

Six Credit cards (three with PIN written on sticky paper attached to the cards)

A picture of one three-year old girl - Annette Louise Sullivan.

A driver's license-the owner lives at 421 Round Hill Crescent, Cape Cod,MA. 01171

After looking these things, my intention was to find that man as the wallet had important things. This paper will focus on the immediate reaction, resolving the issue.
