Introduction

Foods have increased in recent years and increasingly more the market widens, though not always good habits such as abuse of little benefit to health. Lack of time or convenience is the reason why every day more people choose, even several times a week, eat this kind of food, better known as the 'fast-food or junk food with excess fat and calories and salt. They usually have the advantage of being quickly prepared and cheaper meals are ideal for singles or people living alone and does not give to learn the culinary dishes more fed with a diet or simply do not have time is usually the most common these days.
