Asiatrans Vietnam is a big shipping company, it was establish in 2003. Since Asiatrans start operating, company has only 5 people and now they are 20 people. Asiatrans Vietnam has been growing quickly and proudly become a prestigious Vietnam shipping company. The flexibility and quality of its work, together with the reliability and speed of its services have brought the Company to where it is today. At Asiatrans Vietnam, they are committed to enhancing these factors in order to make their services the best of the best available.Asiatrans's nation-wide offices and reliable worldwide agency network enable close relationships with their customers and port-orientations, and help them to satisfy the demand of businesses and partners speedily and perfectly. Beyond that, their memberships in professional associations help us greatly to reach a premium position in the shipping industry.

Vietnam has been changing to a market-oriented economy over the past eighteen years, and there is growing recognition of SMFs' importance in the transitional economy. Consequently, the Government has introduced numerous policies in order to support this important business sector. The Asia Transport Ltd is chosen as it is one of the successful companies in the maritime in Vietnam with range of service such as freight forwarding, customer clearing, inland trucking, express service and shipping agency. After nine years in operation, Asia Transport Ltd has proved itself to be efficiently managed despite serious problems caused by ASEAN economic recession. DaNang is the main market of Asiatrans Company; this is a potential market in Vietnam about shipping. On the other hand, company has some issues such as customer resource not too much, many competitors; price is higher than other companies and quality service is not good. Moreover, personnel management is an important reason that company has to attention. Because director is also the owner of company, he is person who decided policy and operation of company. Hence some salary and reward policy need to examine and use it more effectively.
