Introduction

The workplace dilemma and its dealing is not a surprising situation for the one who spent their whole week at their offices and job place, employees have to face the ethical dilemmas at their workplace. quite a few of these problems needs to be seen on a routine basis with various similarity as compare to the previous that had happened earlier employees can get over with these dilemmas and save their jobs by behaving in a certain manner, there are some procedures that an employee needs to consider when he is at work or thinking about the employer might fire him. The employees face ethical issues in their early time of their professional careers, ethical dilemmas are usually relate with the job descriptions, harassment and discrimination.

Discussion

The major issues I faced at my workplace were the professional jealousy and the problems with the job description that I have been given on the date when I joined the organization. Since, I was a student and supporting my studies, I couldn't concentrate on the job that was based on high measures of professionalism. To give an overview about the company, the company I worked at was the one of the leading IT solution providers in United States. The company was also engaged and had the department of marketing and branding, I was appointed as an Executive Marketing Department. As soon as I joined the organization i was welcomed by the board and the team where I was located for the tasked assignments or the planned procedures of the organizational marketing criteria. “Work for yourself than for your dependents” was said at the first day by my Director Communication (J. Allen).
