Purpose

The Communication on Progress (COP) is an annual disclosure by EPS Corporation (formerly known as Engineering and Professional Services, Inc.) of its implementation of the United Nations (UN) Global Compact.

Environment

EPS Corporation, an enterprise systems integrator, has been awarded the General Services Administration (GSA) Alliant Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC). A Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, EPS is among multiple award winners for the GSA Alliant program and will now compete against the other contract holders for task orders to deliver integrated information technology (IT) solutions to federal government agencies. The Alliant contract has an overall ceiling value of $50 billion over a five-year base period and one five-year option period.

The Alliant GWAC will provide federal agencies with cost-effective IT Solutions in the areas of infrastructure services, application services and management services that facilitate the development and maintenance of critical IT infrastructures required to support U.S. Government business operations, in addition to IT systems and services in support of National Security Systems. “EPS is honored to be awarded the GSA Alliant contract and believes it will complement EPS' existing portfolio of GSA Schedules and Contracts,” said Francesco A. Musorrafiti, Chairman and CEO of EPS. “EPS' mission is to exceed customer expectations and uphold our customer partnerships to the highest standards. We believe the award of the Alliant contract to EPS will extend our longstanding partnership with the GSA, and signifies that EPS is among the leaders in providing IT solutions to the defense and civilian agencies of the federal government.”
