In this developing world, one has to make a decision which makes an individual worthy. The competition for survival is growing fast and hard. The theory of survival of the fittest seems to be true. People who do not decide their aim of life left alone with their failure. In some manner, I took my past schooling as a prison experience for the most part. I felt as if I was compelled and obliged to follow a set of rules and principles of my parents and teachers. I, along with my peers, had to stay to a specified limit well restricting the potential for excellence. However, I exercised a greater degree of independence (Throop, pp.56-62). I could at least, choose the modules that interested me.
I was told by some of my friends, that I was rather too pushy for changing others and the educational system. I wanted things my way all the time. As for choosing the career, I opt for to pursue my career as a Psychologist. I had no experience in this field neither people motivated me to accept this field as my career. It was my interest that leading me to pursue my career as a successful psychologist. It was also in high school I got a chance to interact with students having diverse cultural and educational backgrounds and even those psychologists that left a remarkable impression on my mind. I learned and improved my skills and developed a greater degree of tolerance in me.

Psychologists are trained professionals, who help to overcome mental, physical, emotional and social difficulties. Psychologists lead solo or group sessions to observe, test and evaluate the specific needs of people. They also assess pupils' needs through one-on-one interviews.

Average psychologist salaries can vary greatly due to company, location, industry, experience and benefits. Psychologists are employed by local authorities in departments which deal with social welfare and youth services. Other employers include, regional health assessment centers, educational psychology services (EPS), child psychiatry units and pediatric health centers.
The majority of jobs are in the public sector; however, opportunities for psychologists are becoming more common with private consultancy firms, charities, not-for-profit organizations, independent education institutions.
Though I must admit I was a bit scary and poorer in subjects such as physics and mathematics, I was contrastingly better in Sociology and showed my interest in psychology. As regards to my personal life, my father told me that I was then more complacent, less complaining and irritating. This was also evident in the classroom, when I was elected as the term class representative. All this has helped me in devising my career goal: to be the psychologist
