Introduction

For complex projects, particularly in engineering domain, it is often useful to assign roles for members of the team. In my team, I will look for the following roles in my team:

Plant

The first Team Role is the “Plant”. The role is so-called because one such individual is “planted” in each team. They tend to be highly creative and good at solving problems in unconventional ways.

Coordinators

I opt for coordinators because they are needed to focus on the team's objectives, draw out team members and delegate work appropriately.
