The training of the inducted staff is a very vital aspect of the recruitment procedure that enables the newly inducted employee to learn many aspects of the company. The formal, and orientation training is the first step taken to train the staff of the company.
This widespread interest in training has led to considerable innovation and requirements. The training needs of the staff employed are based on the job description and any succession training. The training needs are depended on the future employment of the employee as well. The training is conducted both in form of in house and external. The training organized in house includes a role-playing style. Members of the training staff appointed for the training create a situation by playacting, and the trainees either comment on what is taking place or participate in the attempt to find a solution, or they perform functions or services in conditions that simulate their working environment. Attention is also given to the sensitivity training to help individuals to study their own behavior and reactions to one another by means of group discussion in which there is frank analysis of interrelationships between members of the staff (Rosow & Zager, 1988).
Every employee needs to be introduced to his task and to identify himself with it, so as not to be lost in its complexity, and he needs to have consequent periods of training to keep abreast with developments. The managers and officers of the organization itself conduct by the staff hired and the training also. The evaluation of the trading is conducted through the examinations conducted at the end of the training courses. The change in the attitudes and effects on the production are also indicative of the training (Latham, 1989).
