Employees' performance has been established to be directly related to employees' motivation. This assertion was corroborated by different management theories (Pattonl, 2002). The modern methods are employees' oriented and more effective. This research work was to ascertain from the employees the motivating factors that can 'adequately' motivate them to work tirelessly and to achieve results. It found out that employees can be adequately motivated and are best suited to determine what can collectively motivate them (Pattonl, 2002).
