Introduction

Elitism and pluralism are two forms in which power can be achieved. Elitism is an attitude and belief that is formed around the elite people. These people are those who have wealth, are intellectual and have the specialized training and experience. On the other hand, pluralism is the belief that the decisions of the public policy should be a result of the large population.
