Introduction

The use of washing machines has increased sharply in the 1990s, until saturation of the market shortly after 2000. Initially reserved for social elite for professional use, it has spread to become the preferred means of communication for many people. Today the huge commercial success and the intense competition that results are emerging social phenomena. Elsewhere, those who purchased their household appliances on the Internet tend to be more satisfied than the average UK consumer across the aspects of price and quality. However, it should be kept in mind that the base at UK level is small and these results should be considered as indicative.

Level of LG

In my viewpoint, the company's aiming towards the operational level of capability maturing. This is because it has a strong employee base, and concerned to make several efficient changes within the organization. In addition, the amount of work done within the entity can be paperless with the installation of software and effective key role management. In particular, management can identify ways to adjust and adapt the process to a particular object, item or unit, without measurable losses of quality or deviations from specifications. Process Capability, then, shall come into occurrence, thereby compelling the organization to maintain, improve, improvise and ultimately escalate to the next level, under the layer of Optimization, where focus lies on continuous improvement, growth, development and expansion, both inside the organization (identifying a new culture, policy, procedure and application) and outside the organization (when encountering customers of current and latent nature) (Lenzen, 2008, 583).
