Energy may be derived in many ways but the simplest and most environmentally sound approach is always the best. Geothermal power is clean, non-destructive, and efficient as well as being cost effective. The greatest problem with geothermal energy sources is the lack of knowledge the public has, and the fear that something new may be harmful. Technology now permits efficient use of geothermal power at an economically sound level.
