The word 'project' has been taken from the word of Latin origin, which is meant 'to combine and hybrid'. Project management can be defined as a planned effort to accomplish a certain project. It includes planning, organizing and managing resources which leads to success in achieving the project. Project management includes the planning a project, identifying tasks and goals which are to be achieved. A well executed project leads to the success of the business. This paper attempts to discuss the traditional and agile project management approaches. Further, it explains their advantages and disadvantages and compares the elements of each respectively. The Digital Project management is an important discipline that takes into account different steps taken by the mangers in completing their everyday projects.

The Digital Project management explains different perspectives of the management that enhance the efficiency of the managers and makes them more effective at their work. As the technology has come of age, so is everything related to it. Thus, in the light of the research it can be stated that the digital Project management can be defined as a planned effort to accomplish a certain project. It includes planning, organizing and managing resources which leads to success in achieving the project. Digital Project management includes the planning a project, identifying tasks and goals which are to be achieved. A well executed project leads to the success of the business. Digital Project management is associated with 5 types of processes which include: initiation, planning, executing, controlling and closing. A successful project can be evaluated on the basis of these steps. Professionally, Digital Project management should be carried on the basis of different projects and the goals which are set up in order to achieve it. In the modern age the concept of virtual teams have also emerged.

Today organizations operate at a global level to leverage the favourable economic conditions that come with advancements in technological connectivity. Virtual Teams Collaboration across time, culture, and geographical boundaries has become a common practice for organizations and has given rise to the concept of a globally dispersed team known as a virtual team.Digital Project management is not an easy task; it requires hard work to get things managed and keep them in a balance. My responsibility was to look after all the students who were being benefitted by it. Ensure that the project will produce products that will meet the requirement of the user. Also, this program will satisfy students and will be helpful in providing complete benefit to them. Specify the needs and requirements of the students who will be attending it. Identify student's connection with the project team. In the context of the paper, we intend to shed light on some notions related to Digital Project Management and the tools which can be useful in executing a task which tends to inculcate the management of the project digitally.
