Cyber bullying is an act which involves unethical means to harm people through telecommunication and the Internet. Juveniles got engaged in doing this wanton act. This can either be because they like doing it, or maybe because they want to irritate someone for personal reasons. As the use, of the Internet and mobile communication has increased massively, the crime of cyber bullying has also increased. Cyber bullying is relatively a new crime; so many jurisdictions are deliberating over cyber bullying laws. Juveniles who got engaged in bullying or cyber bullying should be prosecuted criminally.
Cyber Bullying is one of the most pervasive forms of juvenile misbehavior often constituting delinquency and sometimes crime. Although acts intended to ridicule and intimidate others have historically been largely ignored and considered a fairly normative aspect of child and adolescent social development, cyber bullying has emerged during the last decade as a serious social problem. Cyber Bullying is now widely considered in social science and education contexts as far more than a peccadillo but rather as an emergent form of delinquency and a gateway to other antisocial; and criminal behavior.

Cyber bullying, being the current invention, should be stopped at the moment by judiciary taking actions against it (Trolley, Pp07).
