Introduction

With the development of modern technology, children have more directions to socialize, interact in addition to communicate with each, other than ever before. It has been reported that more than 13,000,000 children, aged between 6 and 17, in the U.S, are victims of cyber bullying. In addition, cyber bullying can make a child miserable and discourage attending school, possibly resulting in declining academic performance or even worse.
