Cultural diversity has been emerged as one of the major elements to be concerned in this world which has now become a global village. Many people perceive culture diversity as the positive, and essential aspect of their life, while the other hand some perceive it as an element that changes the paradigm in a negative way. Thus, many people show reluctance towards adopting the change. In more proper statement, the term cultural diversity is defined as the wide variety of different cultures, which have the distinguishing characteristics with respect to the ethnicity, language, lifestyle, tradition. People nowadays are aware of approximately all the cultures due to the reason of globalization, and increase in the contacts of different countries.Discussion

Cultural diversity has now become one of the major concerns in social light that is attached with the rising diversity among the societies. One of the major reasons for this change is also because of diverse personalities of diverse cultures living in the same country. Though the notion still will be confused, as the culture diversity affects badly on the new generation, or it's a positive attitude. The negative aspect is that it can influence badly on the new generation as they will adopt a fusion of the mixed culture and will be unaware of their original culture (James, 2001).

Cultural diversity encompasses the elements like music, language, literature, poetry, folk dances, etc. talking about the first element music; it is one of the most gracious occasional celebrations of cultural diversity. Musical traditions are able to cultivate and include new types of sounds along with the fusion from other cultures while keeping hold of its original roots.
