The criminal justice process and management provides protection to the public and ensures regulation. Mutually and individually the components of the criminal justice system make efforts to avoid crime, and hold criminal behavior. However, the research identifies the loopholes in the system and provides recommendations for improvements.

Criminal Justice Process
Introduction
A criminal justice administration and organization is fair, sincere, and effectual system. It is one of the most significant institutions of America. Criminal Justice Administration is the organization that is performing and controlling the criminal laws and justice system. It is the institution of governments that directs social control, mitigating and deterring crime, or sanctioning those who infringe laws. It imposes criminal penalties and rehabilitation. The criminal justice organization of United Sates has three main components: The courts, the correctional system, and the police. These components simultaneously play independent part as well as the integrated and interrelated system. The justice system and administration are extremely interactive in dividing power among the court, the correctional system, police, and juvenile justice agency. In the U.S. criminal justice system, those who have been arrested and formally charged with a crime usually go through three phases: the police or law enforcement, and corrections trial or imprisonment.

In some cases, before a person is formally arrested, there requires a warrant based on probable cause. A neutral judge must approve the order, since it constitutes the legal basis to arrest that person. After the arrest, the person is registered, which usually involves taking photographs, fingerprints and personal information request (White, 1997). If no charges are filed, the defendant goes free. If charges are filed, it is possible that the accused is eligible to participate in an appropriate diversion program, such as alcoholism rehabilitation. However, if the person participates in this type of program and not follow the rules, the accused will continue to process the next stage of the criminal justice system. At this point, the accused passed by both the stage and the judicial police's initial criminal justice system (White, 1997).
