This paper presents a personal experience related to a court proceeding in which I was present. During the hearing, the debate took a dramatic turn when the judge allowed the plaintiff to use digital camera to provide evidence of crime against the defendant. The defendant raised an objection regarding the issue but the judge's decision prevailed. The court presented a calm atmosphere then.
