In either way, it is highly imperative to acknowledge the pivotal factors that are believed to be excessively influential and effective in augmenting and molding the mental approach of a person in the most subtle manner, which actuate the inner desires and motives of the individual, the resultant of which takes pattern and approach of a buying behavior.

Let alone the aspects of requirements and basic needs, the desires of a person do not seem to find an end, given the ever increased and broad array of products, which the modern world has seemed to furnished for us, the buying and purchasing behavior of the inhabitants of the modern era has seen a substantial modification and change in its specifications. It will not be inaccurate to state the fact that the buying or purchasing behavior of a person, finds its roots from the basic and apparent needs, as well as augmented requirements of a person. Bearing in mind the previously stated connotation, as well as the personal experience and pattern of buying items, this assignment endeavors to assimilate the products bought lately and the prime connotations attributed to their purchase (buying behavior), and how imperative had marketing been in formulating the decision making.
The four products purchased lately were coca cola cans (regular/ habitual consumption; low involvement purchase); apple laptop (professional requirement, high involvement purchase); i-phone (advanced and latest mobile phone, high involvement) and Levis pair of jeans (neither high involvement nor low involvement, deepened on brand awareness and preference).
Each Product And Factors That Influenced The Purchase
Coca Cola
For me, the product coca cola is a regular buy and that too on daily basis. If asked to ponder over the prime factors that propel the purchase, it might be a little tough to decipher the factors which propel the purchase of such a low involvement product. Speaking on the personal note, what prompts my purchase of coca cola can are the aspirations it renders. The internal factors promoting the purchase would mainly focus on my subtly imbedded preferences. The basic alternate of coke is undoubtedly Pepsi, but interestingly, I never prefer Pepsi to coke; mainly because, coke is more strong and less sweet than Pepsi, which suits my preference of a soft drink. Moreover, pondering more on the factor of aspirations, coke relishes an outlook or personality that is believed rather more impressive (cool), and renders an indefinable esteem for its drinkers. I personally conform to the image that is rendered by coke.
