What are challenges of communication in your organization?

My organization faces several challenges. I think that organizational communication as voice focuses on distorted voices, silence, and dissent, as well as recognizing the presence of different voices. Organizational voices often become distorted through treating silence as natural and legitimate (Danielson, 2006). For example, temporary workers are often silenced in organizations because their isolation and lack of feedback seems normal and natural to organization members.
