Visual learning is one of the learning styles that relates to my learning through Cornell Method. As this style highlights the key words and give a hub of the detailed study, defining the key notes, helps in memorizing things more quickly. This makes a pictorial image mind with the short list of defined keywords, charts, pictures, and graphs. It also explains detailed content of the study in a summarized way. The short descriptive style of words with a detailed meaning of the context is an appropriate way top me while learning any in depth study.

Job sharing is defined as job where two individuals having same grades who carry out all variety of duties and responsibilities which are associated with a complete time post. Example to this is; one person sharing job in morning while the other in evening, in case of complexities, they are suppose to give extra shifts to their job.

“Tracy, who is the supervisor of quality control in the electronic based organization, usually opens her departmental meeting by greeting people and saying such words: 'hello Gang, Good Morning. I will tell you some good ones and some bad news for today. Good news is that I will be getting some good ones and some bad news for you people. Good news is that you all will be having an additional week off for vacation in the coming month. (Group shouts with excitement). However, the bad news is these shifts offs are unpaid.' (Sighs and chuckles from the department crowd). Whether you laugh on Tracy's remarks or not she has been assigned to exhibit the trait which is considered significant for the leaders. In the work place environment the essence of Humor work as an asset of relieving the tension, boredom as well as it defuses hostility among the people.”

“The study of the chemist, engineers and physicists is Thermodynamics. Chemist and physicists are more concerned towards the fundamental laws, the properties of substances, and the changes that has been caused through interaction with various energy forms. Most of the engineers are more concerned with all of these aspects and the application of the thermodynamics principles on the machine designs which will work out in converting the mechanical energy into the electrical form of energy. The mechanical engineers are also often concerned to the designing of the system which will most proficiently work in conversing the thermal heat or heat energy in the form of mechanical energy.”
