The classifications of criminal offences are as follow:
Class 1: Misprision of treason and treason felony, murder, Genocide, torture, hostage-taking and infringements under the War Crimes Act 1991, an infringement under the official Secrets Acts, manslaughter, infanticide, child destruction, abortion, sedition, mutiny, piracy, soliciting, incitement, try or conspiracy to consign any of the overhead offences.
