Introduction

The city of Kelsey was designed by M. Kelsey in the year 1932. The city of Kelsey is located in the hills of the North West Valley. As in the year 2000 the population of the city is around 625,233. This is a small town but provides the amenities and features of all the large cities (Apollo Group 2007). Although providing the amenities of big cities it retains the charm of small town for its residents and tourist. The median age of the population residing in the town is 32 years and the annual per capita income in the year 2011 was $17,725.

The resident of the Kelsey are engaged in various type of activities like agricultural activities ,technology consultancy, business services, material and equipment delivery and various construction activities (Kelsey City 1973). Thus major activities are taking place in this small town. Several events are taking place in the community throughout the year like balloon festivals, farmers markets on a monthly basis, St. Patrick's Day parade held annually, golf tournament and annual marathon which goes onto 10 kilometers. Several recreational centers are there where families can take their children and have thrilling experience.

In the premises of the city there is a prison center, this prison center is one of the best in the country. It has the state of the art facilities for the prisoners and police officers. Prisoners are trained and treated through a different method so that improvements can be brought about in their behavior. Citizen of Kelsey regularly do community activities in prison and at other needy places, thus maintaining strong ethical standards (Kelsey city dream town today known as Lake Park 2001). This city was founded by M. Kelsey who wanted to fulfill his vision of seeing a city which can preserve natural resources of the area and at the same time see cordial relations amongst the citizens.
