T. Coraghessan Boyle does not show any biasness in his works. His work presents what he observes observes in the society. Through the character of Carnal Knowledge, he represent a person who is lost and doesn't really know what he is doing and what his purpose is until the end of the novel. This story had many interesting turns that made me want to keep reading. The humor was the main reason for my yearning to read until the story was finished, but also the life of Alena caused me to start thinking about the truth behind animal cruelty.
