Change management is not a recent phenomenon. It is a fact that when there is a change in an organization, employees tend to resist. It is not easy for them to accept the reality of change. It because change management has emerged as the most debated issue within healthcare and other organizations. Organizations today are immersed in an environment where change is the common denominator. Health services develop in an environment where almost nothing is the same, the users are increasingly informed and demanding. As increasing levels of social and technological changes, changes in the organization must also be accelerated if the institutions want to remain sensitive health care demands a population health and changing economic circumstances and policies.
Today we might interpret that hospitals are a strategy for change, moving from bureaucratic control to a control for results, pretending to reduce the levels of technical inefficiency (Sturdy, 2003). These changes and others also have influenced services nurse, observing and learning do not necessarily individual leads to organizational learning. Professionals currently we are aware of the variability of our professional practices and incorporate the importance of working procedures to decrease.

To improve the patient care health care must have improved evaluation system so that patients can get the best service and on the other hand, employees in the health care will also be motivated if they will have a formal evaluation process. This improved evaluation system can only be implemented with advancement of technology. Every sector is adopting new technologies in order to be competitive so why not health care sector. It is a major change that would be faced by those people who are working internally. It is psychologically proven that human beings mostly resist changing.
