Change and Resistance to Change

Introduction

One of the hindrances to the introduction of change is that some people benefit while others suffer losses, so resist it to be affected in different ways. People who resist change tend to have some emotional distress as a result of tension, restlessness and anxiety that affect the personality of an individual over a period of change. The obstacles to change are environmental factors that hinder the acceptance and implementation of change. This attitude is called Resistance to Change. People often raise barriers to change for fear of the unknown, distrust of the initiators of change or feelings of security threat. (Deans, Mehltretter, 2009, pp. 56-91) In this study, I will share my personal life experience, and on the basis of that experience I will highlight my weaknesses. It was my resistance to change, which led to many unscrupulous happenings in future. I learned several things from my previous experience. I will evaluate the situation, and then I will consider tools for the analysis strategy to help those who are unable to adjust themselves in change.

Change

Exchange is much discussion in recent years; however, change has always existed. The change is evolution in the economic, technological, social, political, scientific, administrative, and above all, expectations of man. The change is important because organizations should comply with the requirements of the medium or environment, not to become obsolete and, therefore, inadequate processes enter and disappear.

One of the major difficulties being experienced by people is the ability to change their thoughts, attitudes, behaviors or concepts. In general, it is difficult, to the extent possible, the modified to improve. Change is the hardest that can happen to individuals, because we believe that it is impossible or that we are on the correct line of action and should not vary. Change means losing our own identity, while remaining what we are altering our everyday personality. Research has shown that there is nothing more deteriorating to our brain that maintains habits or routines. To preserve intact and active functions such as memory, intellect, or it is fundamental cognitive tasks other than routine, write or draw with his left hand, use an ear than usual, with the left foot kick, reverse our system reading in general innovate stimuli that enter through our senses and skills (Loderer, Roth, Waelchli, Joerg, 2010, pp. 63-66). Although it seems contradictory, changing the momentum of improvement and improvement is most persistent in the world. The possibility of change is real accurate, but change means to give up thinking that we understand the structure undoubtedly rational.

Resistance to Change

Organizations, like individuals, tend to resist change, mediated in their limitation.
